Our founder speaks at Animal Justice Academy

ANIMAL JUSTICE ACADEMY LUNCHTIME LIVE
Reaching Out to Communities of Colour: Growing an Intersectional and Diverse AR Movement

Chris and APEX are working to increase the number of BIPOC individuals who participate in animal activism by drawing attention to the intersections between the oppression of animals and other marginalized communities, and advocating for collective liberation.

Chris believes that in order to shut down animal industries, the grassroots animal advocacy movement needs to actively attract BIPOC folks and amplify their voices, build bridges with other movements and communities, and recognize the interconnectedness between various systems of oppression.

In this AJA Lunchtime Live, Chris is going to share with us how he and APEX are trying to tackle these missions... and how we can too.
